Continuing Education Units CEUs
EARN 120 CEUs
Earn up to 120 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) while you attend a Nevada Help Desk Professional Education course.
In addition to receiving a certificate, students are eligible to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). A Continuing Education Unit is a measure used in continuing education programs, particularly those required in a licensed profession. A CEU is not an academic credit; however, it is a nationally recognized method of quantifying the time spent in the “classroom” during professional development and training activities. Units for each course are specified on the course information page and are calculated based on learning contact hours.

Cybersecurity Introduction
Cybersecurity Introduction is a 30-day accelerated course that will teach you the pre-requisite technical knowledge to get started in cybersecurity. To attack or defend any technology, you have to first learn how this technology works.
Cybersecurity I (entry-level)
Cybersecurity I is an entry-level course designed for students who have not already completed CompTIA A+ or Security+ (or related certifications). Completers of this training will earn their CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications to prepare for Cybersecurity Analyst jobs.
CyberSecurity II (mid-adv)
The prerequisites for CyberSecurity II (mid-level to advanced level) are the completion of the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+.
