We support students in securing financial assistance for students who are eligible for WIOA funding.
Group Enrollment
We accept student registrations throughout the year for groups of 10-15 people. Call and speak to one of our agents at 702-919-4357 to pre-enroll your group right now, they are standing by to receive your call. We will refer you to one of our training partners, if applicable.
High School Student training costs are offset due to grant, corporate sponsor and donations, based on available funds and enrollment capacity.
All of our certification programs for adult learners and out-of-school individuals pursuing Apprenticeship opportunities are eligible for financial assistance under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA funding is also available for veterans & veteran’s spouse; homeless individuals; underserved and unemployed persons. Completion of elibility form, service provider pre-assessments and intake process is required prior to enrollment.

We provide IT managers with structure to build training plans for their teams and support them in overseeing and administrating their team’s training progress.
Virtual Labs
Virtual labs supplement Nevada Help Desk learning content by providing hands-on experience in a virtual environment.
These labs provide hands-on practice in a virtual environment that can be applied to real-world situations. To start a virtual lab, you must be signed in to your Nevada Help Desk account. When you click on Start Lab, a window will launch. Please allow about a minute (depending on your internet connection) for the lab to be built. If a lab has a manual or supplemental files, they can be found under the Content tab. Please note that only one virtual lab can be active at a time, meaning that if you attempt to launch a second lab, your previous lab session will end.IT training practice exams
See how much you’ve learned, and prepare for the real exam. We’ve partnered with an IT Training Provider to provide realistic simulation exams as a part of your course. IT Training practice exams give you three great ways to assess what you’ve learned: Customize your test review by deciding which topics you want to be tested on and seeing the correct answers right away. Take a practice exam that simulates the actual certification exam for vendors like Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, and more. Use the flashcards feature, which presents you with random, short-answer exam questions that really test what you’ve learned.

Who Should Take an Online Course?
Anyone 16+ years of age qualify to take our training courses.
How Do I Access My Course?
Students receive their login credentials once enrollment is finalized.
Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
All of our courses are taught in the English language. Basic computer knowledge is preferred and recommended.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
You can take as many courses as you like at the same time, UNLESS you are currently receiving grant funding to pay for your course or if you have reached your max spending limit with your service provider.
